“LET FREEDOM RING”  is a song  I wrote in mid  September,  2001.…in a time of great sadness and heartbreak for all Americans….It is a sort of an “anthem for the new millennium“...a song of  tenderness, a song of unity, a song of pride, a song of love of country, and a song of STRENGTH, LOVE, HOPE and POWER  for us all.  

“LET FREEDOM RING”  is a short, sweet song with a strong message.  The structure of the piece is of equal importance to  the lyrics and melody that tell the complete story….The work begins with one piano note….then two soft voices, then instruments and other voices are added in various levels of dynamics in the mid section  which produce a wide range of emotions….and ends with a stirring  and determined   DEMAND in full voice……”LET FREEDOM RING”!……a  unified message from  Americans to exclaim to the world that we will not allow anything - or anyone…..EVER….to  divide us or to  take away our liberty and FREEDOM!!!.
