...April,
2005 - New York - Battery Park, overlooking the
Statue of Liberty, Lower Manhattan: Seamayer
performs "Let Freedom Ring" in tribute to
survivors and victims of the 9/11 attacks and the
Oklahoma City bombing in a "Remembrance and
Healing" candlelight vigil/concert, sponsored by the
World Trade Center Survivor's Network. The SPHERE once
stood proudly in the World Trade Center Plaza, was
recovered from the rubble after the attack, pieced
together and now stands in Battery Park, alongside an
eternal flame, as a memorial to those who perished in the
WTC attacks. **This steel beam cross seemed to have
"risen" from the rubble just after the attack
during the search for souls. The cross was saved, and
placed streetside, ( inside Ground Zero) for all to
see and to remember and to honor all those who
died and suffered that tragic day. "Let Freedom
Ring" was written just after this tragic event
as a testament to the strength of the American spirit,
pride, hope and determination to remain free! God Bless
All Those Who Perished... and Survived on that
tragic day in September, 2001. God Bless America and
Let Freedom Ring! Let us never forget! |

A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM KAY

TRIBUTE TO FREEDOM by inviting choir members from local choirs and
bringing them together
to form ONE GREAT ALL-CITY CHOIR in the singing of "Let Freedom
